Because today, we’re going to be talking about how to kindly, but firmly say, “No.”

Specifically, we’re diving deep on how to gracefully say “no” when you get an email or a DM from someone asking you if they can meet you for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine and “pick your brain.”

It’s called the “Yes-No-Yes” method of saying no as outlined by author Michael Hyatt in his book Free to Focus.
