When we work together, you don’t just get pieces of my training, you get it all. Each client I work with gets completely customized sessions. There is no “one size fits all” approach to how we work together because you, my beautiful friend, are unique and deserve a guide that will connect with you exactly where you are and where you're wanting to go.
Fair warning, I am extremely selective with who I work with. This is simply because there are only so many hours in a day, and if I take you on as a client, I will be solely dedicated to you and our time together. In order to do that, it means I don't get to work with everyone who applies.
