Reiki Session

I will never forget the day I broke out in hives from stress.

I was working 60+ hours a week, paying myself less than minimum wage, and turning down invitations to spend time with my family left and right.

Then, the secret shoppers I had sent into my store to rate their customer experience came back with devastating results.

The shoppers reported they hadn’t felt welcomed, cared for, or valued as a customer when walking through our doors. 

I was heartbroken, stressed, discouraged, tired...all of the things. 

Can you relate?

My body knew I was at a breaking point, and it alerted me by sending hives. 

No joke. Head to toe, for two weeks, itchy and painful hives.

Talk about a wake-up call!

Something had to change, but I didn’t know how to get off the hamster wheel I was on.

To manage my stress, I went to an energy healer. I’ll be honest. I wasn’t really sure what to expect.

But as it turned out,  it was the best thing I could have done for my business during that stressful time. 

I came away from that session feeling calmer and more grounded to my intuition than I ever had before.

I felt like nothing could upset me; like I could handle the things coming my way with clarity and contentment.

Fast forward a couple of years, and these days I see an energy healer at least once a month.

This has made such a powerful & positive impact on how I show up in business and life, that I became a certified Reiki practitioner myself!
